Any “non-cubensis” Mushroom cultures (e.g. gourmet or medicinal cultures) sold on this site are for personal use and may be used in any legal form whatsoever, included cultivation.

All P. cubensis Mushroom Spores/Cultures sold on this website are intended for microscopic research and identification purposes only. Mushroom spores/cultures are not intended for human consumption nor cultivation. Any mention of the cultivation of these mushrooms, spores, or cultures will result in a cancellation of order or a refusal of service.

California, Georgia, and Idaho have specific enforceable state amendments that prohibit the sale or possession of cubensis spores and cultures. We cannot and will not fulfill any orders to California, Georgia or Idaho. Any order placed requesting these spores/cultures shipped to these states will be refused.

We do not condone recreational use of cubensis mushrooms or any other use other than taxonimy, medical, or laboratory research. Cubensis mushrooms are decriminalized in only a few locations around the United States, and legal in even fewer locations. Do not inquire about instructions for cultivating Cubensis Mushrooms. We will not provide that type of information.
