The legendary Tidal Wave is a cross between a B+ mutant and Penis Envy, resulting in a robust but comically potent mushroom variety. The name is in relation to the beautiful wave cap edges produced by these thick mushrooms.

Tidal Wave mushrooms don’t drop spores, so they are often allowed to grow to maturity—where they develop interesting mutations, slight blue coloration, and wavy gills and caps. The stipes (stems) of these mushrooms tend to be thick and contain quite a lot of the mushroom’s biomass. Our Tidal Wave genetics are wild and aggressive, so expect each mushroom to be slightly different and even a few mutations!

They are also known to be an extremely potent variety.

Shipping and Storage:

Your cultures will be fine during shipping, we promise! They handle heat and cold very well. Once home, cubensis cultures should be kept in a fridge between 33-40°F to maximize their lifespan of 6-12 months.

Do not let your cultures freeze! While most will survive one freeze-thaw cycle, multiple freeze-thaw cycles will kill any live mycelium.
